New policy that I will implement immediately: I can only buy/sell after the market closes.

This will keep me from making impulsive decision based on the market’s mood.

When evaluating what I should do with my holdings, I should consider the security as if I don’t own it and looking to buy/sell it. The cost I paid for it should be irrelevant to the decision.
